Can I copy Xbox saved games from the original Xbox to the Xbox 360?

Sadly, no. The Memory Unit format used by Xbox 360 is different from that used by the original Xbox, and Microsoft hasn’t supplied any way to moved saved games or other content from the hard drive of the original Xbox to the Xbox 360. For now, at least, you’re going to have to complete in-progress games on the original Xbox. On the good news front, premium paid content for games such as Halo 2 and Project Gotham Racing 2 is now available for free to Xbox 360 users via Xbox Live Silver or Gold. So you won’t have to pay to download all those Halo 2 multiplayer maps again.
