Applies to: Rock & Blues Guitarist, Jazz & Rock Saxophonist, Bach Chorales, Barbershop Quartet, Sor Studies, and the Jazz Piano & Jazz Guitar MasterClass. Before 2004, we designed these programs to be run from the CD because of their large size. Some of them have over 500 MB per CD. Since hard disks are much larger than they used to be, you should be able to copy the programs onto your hard drive and run them locally, without the CD. Here is how you do it: • Create a folder on your hard drive for each CD that you wish to run locally. • Copy the contents of the Data folder on each CD to the folder(s) that you created in step 1. • Highlight all of the contents of the each new folder with CTRL-A. • Right-click on the highlighted region and select Properties. • In the Properties dialog, make sure the box labelled ‘Read-only’ is unchecked. • The programs are now ready to run.
