Can I copy *.properties file from my older nesstar server 3.5 to my nesstar 4.0?
No, copying *.properties files form older nesstar3.5 server to newer nesstar4.0 server does not work. There are lots of differences between the properties files for 3.5 and 4.0, and we have no tool to automatically handle the migration. Hence, if you have already copied these files over then you will face issues.
