Can I copy/paste from Microsoft Word into PatronMail?
If you have created text in Microsoft Word, you must use the ‘paste from Word’ icon in the rich text editor toolbar to add that text to PatronMail. This is because Microsoft Word adds markup text to your copied selection that negatively impacts your e-mail campaign. To do this, first copy the text from Word, click on the paste from Word’ icon in the rich text editor toolbar, then use CTRL V on your keyboard to copy that text into the box that appears. (Mac users will use Command V). When you select ‘Insert,’ the text will be added to the rich text editor box. If you would prefer to cut and paste as plain text, first copy the text from your document, click on the ‘paste as plain text’ icon in the rich text editor toolbar, then use CTRL V on your keyboard to copy that text into the box that appears. (Mac users will use Command V). When you select ‘Insert,’ the text will be added to the rich text editor box.
