Can I copy objects in a drawing without having problems in the database?

Absolutely. As items are copied in a drawing, they are added to the database with the same tag or equipment number as the original blocks. Since you used the copy command, AutoCad does not check for duplicates until you edit the tag numbers. Access will check for duplicates on exiting the module and alert you which tag numbers need to be changed.
