UltraViolet is designed for video produced by licensed content provides and sold by licensed retailers. Unless you sign up as a content provider or use a service that’s a licensed content provider, you can’t get your content into UltraViolet. The UltraViolet file format is based on the MPEG-4 standard (see 3.2), so if you put your own video into the right format, it may play in UltraViolet players.
