Can I copy and paste the contents of a worksheet into another program, such as a word processor program?
Solution: You cant copy the entire contents of the worksheet into a word processor program but you can copy one question at a time into the word processing program. If you want to do this because you want to change the formatting for some questions, there is no guarantee that formatting done in another program will transfer back into the Teacher’s Assessment Assistant program. First try to do what you want to do within the TAA program. Available formatting changes are described in the User Guide pages 28-44. See Users Guide for additional information. If it doesnt work, here is how to copy an item from TAA to another program: 1. Double-click a specific item (question) before you move to the right panel (worksheet side). 2. The item will open in its window 3. Click Clone and then Edit. 4. Now you can highlight the item and copy it (Edit and Copy). 5.
