I just cooked a big batch up (over a pound of dry plant matter) i let it cook on low with no lid (it got too hot with the lid on) for about 20 hours, seems much the same as when i did it for 8 hours. I’ve not eaten any yet but i’m sure it’ll knock me on my ass.
