Can I convert true barometric pressure to pressure relative to sea level?

You can, with a calculator. If you multiply .0011250926 by your elevation in feet you will get the offset number for barometric pressure in inches of mercury (InHG). Add that number to the inHg reading of your ADC and you will have barometric pressure relative to sea level.
