Can I convert old Bathtub in to a small koi Pond?

Koi grow fast, should get 12″ in a year, so a bathtub is NOT suitable for them! It’ll be too small for Goldfish too. And if you live in a temperate country with cold winters, it won’t be deep enough for fish to properly over winter either. To be honest you’d be better using the tub as an ornamental water garden, no fish (no fish would encourage local wildlife like frogs and newts anyway). Plant it up nice with aquatic/semi-aquatic plants, make sure it’s not got any metal in the water that could rust – metal isn’t good for the water – maybe construct a water fall with a pump (water movement would discourage mosquitos), get inventive!
