Can I convert a trust account opened through OAO from one trust type to another?
The three types of living trusts, revocable, other revocable, and irrevocable, can all be converted; however, we cannot convert across the four trust registrations (Living Trust, Business Trust, Testamentary Trust, Fiduciary Trust). You must submit new paperwork if you have selected the wrong trust registration.
