Can I convert a simulation result file with sim extension (named MD output file) to text format such as PDB or CSSR ?
[A] There is an executable named “sim2asc.exe” in the folder where Materials Explorer has been installed. It can convert an MD output file to text format, which is the Materials Explorer original format. But it does not currently convert the output to either PDB or CSSR format. See the READMEsim2asc.txt file located in the same folder.
