Yes. Grapher can be completely controlled by any Automation-capable programming language, including Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications (that ships with the Microsoft Office suite), or the Scripter programming language included with Grapher. Scripter is very similar to VBA. Most modern compilers include some facility for calling Automation-capable applications, including Visual C++. Check your language documentation for Automation or Active-X Automation support.
