Can I contact program staff for assistance in choosing appropriate references?
Yes. We strongly encourage you to contact program staff if you are uncertain about your choices before you “lock in” the names of your references on the online application form. Please see the program staff names and email address for each track under #4 above. • Do the reference letters have to be submitted online? Yes. The individuals that you “lock in” on the online application as your references will automatically receive an email from KHSP (with an email address of healthscholars@cfah.org). This email will include a unique link to a reference form for you. Responses on the reference letters we receive are confidential and will not be shared with the applicants. • Do the individuals writing the reference letters also need to submit their references by the application deadline date? Yes. They must fill out and submit the online reference forms on or before Wednesday, December 2, 2009, 5:00 p.m. Eastern.
