Can I contact an admin via an instant messager, such as AIM?
As a general rule, the answer is NO. The moderators are busy people and have enough to do. More often then not, they want to relax and enjoy themselves and not discuss why such and such image has been deleted. Furthermore, they often like to chat with people who they already know and not have to worry about if the person who is IMing them is an idiot or a stalker. Please make sure to secure the permission of a moderator via OCmail or the likes before Instant Messaging them. If they tell you at anytime not to Instant Messaging them, you are to cease immediately any further attempts.
