In many enterprise networks, http(s) connections are done via proxy. If you are behind a proxy, please check with your administrator on proxy setups and enter appropriate information under ‘settings’ from IDrive Multimedia’s login screen. If you are behind proxy, and are unable to get proxy information, we recommend using WebFolders. WebFolders can be setup without proxy information.
