All iPod and iPhone models can be played back through R1 by using a 3.5mm stereo jack lead from the headphone output to the AUX input. Even better, we highly recommend using Apples own universal dock. This can be left permanently connected to R1 and will keep your iPod/iPhone charged when connected. Apples universal dock is available directly from Apple and through many other Apple retailers.
