Yes, this is one of the primary goals of the AdvanceMAME video output layer. But remember that arcade monitors can only accept a certain range of signals (in terms of horizontal and vertical refresh etc.), so make sure you configure these settings correctly in AdvanceMENU and AdvanceMAME before you connect it to your monitor.
