Yes. I/O modules connected to an NIU support autoconfiguration default values. These values are outlined in the VersaMax Modules, Power Supplies, and Carriers Manual (GFK-1504). In addition the I/O module parameters (Analog range, etc.) may be configured from GE Fanucs Remote I/O Configuration software.
