Can I communicate by email if I’m using Legal Aid Online?

Not at this time and we do not recommend that you communicate with us by email as it is not secure. Although we request your email address, it is only to allow us to email your password to you should you forget it and to send important updates and information. Legal Aid is currently setting up a secure email system that works with Legal Aid Online and hopes to make it available later this year.
