Yes! Since your Spanish course in Buenos Aires are in the afternoon you will have free time in the morning and evening for other activities. You can combine Spanish classes with both tango and cooking if you want, but you should arrange this in advance to make sure that there are no scheduling conflicts and that there is space available.
