Yes, only if pre-approved. Requires an explanation as to why the trip was interrupted. This explanation needs to be attached to the ‘Request for Approval of Travel’ (RAT) including the direct cost calculations and support. Only the business portion of the trip will be reimbursed which is the direct cost if traveled uninterrupted.
