Can I collect unemployment if I quit because my boss treated me real bad and didn let me take 15 min breaks?
You can not collect unemployment when you quit a job unless you can prove that the situation was detrimental to you safety. (VERY difficult to prove) My best suggestion would be to use any vacation time or sick time you have available to look for employment elsewhere. And stay away from the insurance industry, if your not the “Agent” but just a licensed staff person then it really is a crappy job! Trust me I know!
