Can I collect TDI and Workers Compensation benefits at the same time?
No. However, if your workers compensaiton case is pending, an employee can apply for and collect TDI benefits until it has been determined if you will be eligible for workers compensation benefits. If your workers comp case is accepted, any weekly wages collected from TDI will be repaid by workers comp.
