Of course! Please download our offline pledge form and be sure to fill out your personal information. Please send all cheque donations with the form by February 28, 2010 to: CAMH Foundation 901 King St. West, Suite 502 P.O. Box 20 Toronto ON M5V 3H5 Please deliver all cash donations with the form in person. Alternatively, you may send in a personal cheque for all the cash donations you recieve. Remember, you sponsors will not receive a tax reciept unless we receive their contact information.
