Can I close my TaFacil Prepaid MasterCard account?
If you want to discontinue using your Card, you may withdraw the balance at an ATM machine or make a purchase to include transaction fee for the amount remaining in your account. If using an ATM, please remember that ATMs can only dispense funds in certain denominations. Any applicable ATM transaction fees and surcharges will still apply. You may also request to close out your account in writing by sending a signed letter with your Card information to: TaFacil Corporation, P.O. Box 669233, Miami, Florida 33166. A reimbursement check will be mailed to you directly.
