Can i clean my rabbits cage after birth?

Hello, if the mum and kits are not sleeping in a nest area then cleaning will be a good idea as summer is comming and you dont want fly strike i cleaned my cage out at about 2 weeks after the kits were born as long as you keep maybe a bunch of hay that was already in the cage with them and has there sent on and lay that back in there you should be fine, at 3 weeks old the kits will be a nice size now and probly rather active as at 2-3 weeks mine were running the living room with there mum so dont see a problem with cleaning they cage especially if its that dirty they will benefit from it
