Can i claim DLA if on warfarin?
Hi there, I am on DLA myself for Mental Health issues and was told before I tried to claim it, I wouldn’t be able to get it. I asked it I could try and get it and I succeeded. Nothing is impossible if you try. I advice you get a DLA form backed up with all your Medical Records for your condition and give it a go. They will ask your doctor and personally if your day to day living is seriously affected by it, then go for it. Also it can take up to 12 weeks to sort out and if refused you can appeal. Good luck.
