Can I choose to hire Help Unlimited caregivers directly?
• Yes. You do have the option to employ your caregivers directly. This option can result in potential cost savings. Help Unlimited will charge you a referral fee for each employee you hire. If you choose to employ your caregivers, you are responsible for all applicable payroll taxes, workers compensation and other insurances. Additionally, the scheduling and supervision becomes your responsibility. Our office staff can more fully explain the benefits as well as the responsibilities when you are the employer.
