Can I choose ACJC for Academic Honesty or Sexual Assault and Discrimination cases?

No. Both of these types of cases have special hearing panels. One member of ACJC sits on the four-member Academic Honesty panel, and upon request by both parties, one member of ACJC may sit on the Sexual Assault and Discrimination panel. Responsible Plea Panels are also not available for these types of cases.
