ICN’s 1-Meg HighSpeed service is an Internet access service for individual residential use only. Resale of bandwidth, or any other part of ICN’s 1-Meg HighSpeed service, for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this condition will result in immediate cancellation of the service and of your ICN account.
