All the batteries used in the current digital cameras must be charged using the charge that came with the camera or in the case of NiMH AA batteries, be charged using a charger purchased elsewhere. Your camera came with a 3.7 v Lithium-Ion, LI-42B (USB ports supply 5 v unregulated power so not compatible with your battery) & charger (the charger’s input voltage will automatically regulate between 100V-240V~50/60Hz 0.12A.).
