The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy does not regulate the financial aspects of any MAP. Questions concerning whether and under what circumstances free or charitable clinics may charge a fee for dispensing medications acquired through a MAP should be directed towards the companies or organizations that supervise them, or to counsel retained by the free or charitable clinic.
