Can I change the Position Number, SSN, Action Category or Action/Reason once Ive sent an eSAF/eFAF forward?
Once eSAF/eFAF is submitted , you cannot change the position number, SSN, action category (Appointment, Leave, etc.) or action/reason (New, Rehire/Rehire, Time Base change, etc.) since these are key database fields. If you need to make one of these changes to an eSAF, contact Human Resources to close the eSAF or contact Academic Resources to close an eFAF you initiated.
