Can I change the Number of rings before a transfer to voice mail?

The number of rings or time before a call is transferred to voice mail can be configured for each line. The current default setting is 20 seconds or approximately 5 to 6 rings. This setting is usually adequate for most users. If your situation requires a different setting (longer or shorter) please call the service desk, open a ticket and someone from Telecom will be in touch with you.
