Can I change the location of the Internet access outlet (point of activation) in my home?

Yes. In fact many homeowners prefer a different location for their Internet access than the one that came with the home. As your Internet Service Provider (ISP), we will address this issue during your initial evaluation upon activation of your service to make sure everything is set up correctly. You may request during that visit to activate your Internet/computer/modem in another room with an existing outlet, if you wish. If on a future service call, you decide that you want your Internet access point located somewhere else, we will charge $50.00 to disconnect the original and reconnect at another location. Additional outlet installations should be directed to your interior wiring provider.
