Can I change the house plans or build a custom home?
Part of the approval process for Eagle Ridge included the submission of eight different home plans which you find in this marketing package. The Builder has the ability to fine tune these plans but the exterior elevations and general designs must remain intact. A great deal of experience, time and money went into the creation and design of these floor plans, which we feel are wonderful, exciting living spaces for the active adult lifestyle.
