No. There is a limit of 500 Kb which is set globally for the system. For email attachments greater than 500 Kb, a link will be provided in the email message to download the attachment from the group’s web interface. To further ease the process for your users to download the attachment, go to Settings > Edit Settings and ensure that under the Security setting, ‘Do not require log in for document download.’ is checked.
