Can I change the distance the radar detects vehicles in the field?

A. Yes. Our radar features an Infrared Remote Control. Using this optional IR remote you can easily change the radar’s detection distance as a percentage of the maximum range from 10% to 100%. Alternatively, this sensitivity setting can also be modified programatically via the serial port. We would be happy to provide you the protocol to do so if you would like to add it to your sign controller.
