Changing the dedicated aim of the land being in property of citizens or juridical persons is regulated by the Ministry Regulation On confirmation the order of changing the dedicated aim of 1 April, 2002. According to the abovementioned regulation changing the dedicated aim of the land is connected with working out of a new project or re-approval of the former one. According to the Regulation and Part 3, article 20, Land Code, changing the dedicated aim of the land being in property of citizens or juridical persons is made by an owner initiative. Article 20, Land Code, states categories of dedicated aims and changing ones is made by bodies of local governments and public authorities according to their authorities.
