Can I change the countries Ive chosen for my Eurail Select Pass while in Europe?
Once your pass has been issued you cannot change the countries you have chosen in Europe. The pass must be sent back to All Europe Rail, all shipping charges must be paid by client, and then All Europe Rail will reissue the pass with the new countries. Depending on the original issue date of the pass a penalty may apply to reissuing the pass.
