Can I change ONLY the air portion of my Complete Trip package, either the outbound or return flights?
Because Complete Trip is a package booking that includes both air + hotel, flight dates cannot be changed without also changing the hotel portion of the trip. You are welcome to cancel the entire package and re-book the air or hotel reservation. Please be advised, however, that there will be fees and penalties for the package cancellation. If you would like to make a change to your Complete Trip booking, please contact one of our customer care centers at 1-800-297-2977 (or 210-582-2716 if you are calling from outside the United States and Canada) agents and we’ll be happy to assist you.
