Yes, you can change your Online Banking password. If you know your current Password, log in to online Home Banking. On the Balances page, select “Member Profile” from the Main Menu bar, then choose the option “Change Password”. You may change passwords as often as you like using this method. You will be required to answer a Security Challenge question correctly before you may proceed. NOTE: Passwords must be 8-20 characters long, must have at least 1 number and 1 letter, alpha/numeric, the following symbols may be used, ! ” # $ % & ( ) + , – / ; < = > ? [ \ ] ^ _ ” { } *Do not use the following symbols ~ , @ or : Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
