Can I change my user name or password after I enroll in Paylinks Bill Pay?
Yes. Sign in to Paylinks Bill Pay and go to My Profile. On the Manage Profile Options page, select the option to change your Paylinks Bill Pay user name and password and enter the appropriate changes. The new user name and password are effective immediately. Use your new user name and password the next time you sign in to Paylinks Bill Pay. Note: You cannot make any changes to your user name and password until seven days after you enroll. When you enroll, we send you a letter to confirm your enrollment. The seven-day wait allows time for the letter to reach you.
