Can I change my TeleMessage Greeting Prefix?

Yes, you can. Each phone message starts with “This is a message from…” and your name. You can personalize the messages you send by recording your voice to replace that opening message. To do this, go to the TeleMessage dropdown menu in Outlook and select Voice Greeting. There you can record your voice or attach a voice file to be used as your personal greeting. Don’t forget to set the “Play my prerecorded voice prefix at the beginning of messages that are sent to a telephone.” checkbox.
