Since your primary e-mail address may be used for other services such as eStatements, you cannot change it through the eAlert service. To change your primary e-mail address, log in to your account using the Secure Online Banking log in box in the left menu of the NASA Federal site. Select “Change Address/E-mail” from the Account Services screen.
