Can I change my payment plan from the five year to the extended or vise versa?
Yes. If you make this change before November 15th (when you initially enroll), there is no charge. Thereafter, there is a $20 charge in addition to the amount required to bring the five year plan current, if you have changed from the extended plan. If you change from the five year to the extended, you may be paid ahead of schedule.
