Can I change my payment option from check or money order to credit card once I have entered my payment information and e-submitted my application?
No. Once you have selected to pay by check or money order and have e-submitted your application, you cannot change your payment option to pay by credit card. However, if your credit card is declined, you will be given the option to either submit another credit card or submit payment by check/money order.
