You cannot change your User ID. But, you may change your password. Please e-mail us your new password, or request that we assign you a new one or change it in the the domain control panel. Be sure to include your domain name, current User ID and Password and send the request to: support@pcghosting.com. This request must come from the “contact email address” for the account.
