Can i change my fortune by casting a spell?
If you’ve no idea how to work a spell, then no spell is likely to work for you. Witchcraft takes much time, study, and practice to learn. That being said, if you took the time to really learn the art of spell-craft, then yes, you could use spells to help you with your money problems. However, spells are only a supplement to mundane methods – you can’t just cast a money spell to get $500 you really need to pay a bill, and then not go to work to earn a paycheck, or not take a good look at your budget and figure out where you can adjust/cut back. If unemployed, you still need to be actively seeking employment.
